PIT Theatre, Obafemi Awolowo University would once again serve as a backdrop on the 24th of September as African Urban Fashion Show (AUFS) returns for its second season.

Artistic splendor, glamour and glitz would be in the forbearing,  as the organisers of AUFS aim to achieve their goal of creating a distinguished platform for emerging urban talents in African Fashion.

Yoolabold would be presenting their “EXODUS” collection. The creative and dynamic fashion outfit would be putting out this fashion forward collection billed to shove over the boundaries of contemporary fashion.

We would be anticipating witnessing  TBS couture’s “SPLASH” project.  Creative director, Lawal Sha’akirah with her background in Architecture and design hints on combining her ground understanding in design and her edgy romance with colour and prints in bringing about a unique collection for the next fashion season.

Fab-On-Clothes has a rousing dream to inspire the world through fashion.  Her “COY” collection to be unveiled at AUFS promises to leave her fans and followers inherently thirsty for more greatness.

The stable of Miz Right Fashion House would be putting forward an Adire prints inspired collection. Creative director Mutiat,  a Fine and Applied arts undergraduate would be re-familiarizing  fashion lovers with hand-made print mixed fabric designed in contemporary styles for the urban fashion buyer. The collection promises a refreshing originality.

AUFS is inviting all fashion lovers with a mind for innovation, diversity and heritage to come experience the new urban culture energy.
